Vince has been waiting for this game since the Texans passed him over in the draft this year. He got his revenge this weekend, defeating the Texans 28 – 22 at LP Field in Nashville. I have to say Vince just looks better every week. He didn’t do much in the passing game, as far as yards are concerned. However you can tell he and his receivers are really starting to work well together. He connected with 5 different receivers for a total on 87 yards, and 1 touchdown to Bobby Wade. The exciting thing for me this weekend, was watching Vince finally start to show his running skills. He rushed only 4 times on Sunday, but for a total of 44 yards. The best of which was a 20 yards scamper into the end zone for his one rushing touchdown of the day. I look forward to seeing what the Titans can do next weekend in Jacksonville. The Titans should have lots of confidence going into this game, knowing that Texans just defeated the Jaguars the week prior. It’s going to be an exciting game.
